Table Tennis

Why is Table Tennis Useful?

Several recent research studies have shown the beneficial effect of playing table tennis for people with Parkinson’s. It’s also a fun and inclusive activity that just about anyone can play.

We play table tennis each Thursday at 6 pm in the Sports Wales National Centre in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. There are plenty of tables reserved for us. Bats and balls are available. There is no need to book and it’s free to attend.
